As part of their "Who We Are" unit, IB PYP 4 students teamed up with MKids Year 3 for a collaborative "Eat Smart" event. This hands-on experience, focused on health and fitness, encouraged students to create delicious and nutritious fireless recipes using ingredients from home.

Working together in groups, students developed essential life skills such as teamwork and creativity while emphasizing the importance of healthy eating habits. The event also highlighted the significance of hygiene and safety through the use of head caps, hand gloves, and aprons.

By promoting a deeper understanding of nutrition and its impact on overall well-being, this initiative aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Zero Hunger and Good Health and Well-being. The "Eat Smart" event was a resounding success, fostering a love for healthy food and inspiring students to make informed lifestyle choices.
