79th Independence Day at Manchester – A Day to Remember!

From a spirited March Past led by our School Council Presidents – Neeraj (CBSE) & Shraddha (IB) – to the proud moment of hoisting the National Flag alongside our Chairman Dr. PS Moorthi and Correspondent Mrs. SSM Priya, the day was steeped in pride and unity.

The celebration honoured excellence – Uthira, our state-level basketball champion, was recognised for her outstanding achievement, with her coach Mr. Mukesh also receiving a special citation.

Ms. Geetha, our Principal, and Mr. Rajesh Vasudevan, our HOS, introduced the newly elected School Council Members before announcing the March Past Winners – Congratulations, Chetak House!

The cultural performances – from “Celebrating India” dance to the Patriotic Medley and Army Tribute – left the audience moved and inspired.

A day of pride, unity, and celebration – Manchester’s Independence Day 2025 will be cherished for years to come!
