On December 9, 2023, Manchester International School partnered with Black Pearl Production to host an immersive photography workshop for its students. This unique collaboration provided a thrilling opportunity for aspiring young photographers to delve into the captivating world of capturing the perfect image, guided by the expertise of seasoned professionals.

The workshop commenced with an engaging presentation delving into the fundamental principles and creative approaches that underpin captivating photography.

But the learning didn't stop at theory. Eager to put their newfound knowledge into practice, the students embarked on a thrilling photography competition judged by the workshop's professional photographers. The competition, themed "Capturing the Essence of Manchester," challenged students to showcase their unique perspectives on their vibrant school community. The judging panel was enthralled by the creativity and technical skill on display, ultimately awarding prizes to the three photographs that best embodied the theme.
