Field Trip To Cluster Media College

Our IB PYP 3 students visited the Cluster Media College for a Photography Day, connecting their learning to the theme “How We Express Ourselves.” The trip explored the relationship between literature and visual arts, focusing on how these disciplines inspire and complement each other. A professional narrative photographer demonstrated how storytelling in photography mirrors literary techniques. Students practiced storytelling through photography and discussed how these skills could enhance their writing. The experience highlighted the synergy between visual and literary storytelling, offering fresh perspectives on creative expression. It inspired students to explore new ways of blending art and narrative in their work.
