3 Way Conference

3-Way Conference involves the student, parents, and the teacher. It allows students in self-assessment and allows them to take responsibility for their own learning as they work toward and achieve curriculum outcomes. This approach provides a forum for teachers, students, and parents to acknowledge student progress and achievement. The student, parents, and the teacher collaborate to establish and identify the student’s strengths and areas for improvement. This leads to the setting of new goals, with all determining, how they can support the achievement of the goals.
